I'm thinking — get an early Barracuda backlight and a Superbeetle windshield and just fill in between with whatever car fits.

I find the rear of this car very interesting aerodynamically. It is clear that the designer placed a very high value on getting the underside air re energized smoothly with that 3-4 degree broad diffuser. The top profile view of that rear area of the car also shows a lot of though.

He apparently compromised on the rear plan profile, in favor of doing a smooth gradual taper in plan. Not something we usually think about, but it looks clean, at least visually.
