Looks like there is a way to do "open wheel" efficiently.

I think there's legitimate reasons for open-wheel cars, so that become a valid question.
Had I an Arcimoto FUV, I'd be adding a diverter to the nose like that to enclose the A-arm suspension. Possibly with winglets to set up airflow around the front wheels.
The profile (minus the open cockpit) would be similar, but the rear bustle wouldn't be necessary.

Which one would you prefer to start with?
I like the very first one they started with myself.

The regular production series. For the latest battery technology and the new motors, and the trick folding rear seat. Not an open single-seater (that's literally a museum piece).
Eventually, the moocoque shell battery box and drivetrain, and a prone riding position. In a monocoque 'belly tank' body. That one would be a single-seater.
Ignore the trailing bogey axle. Add a blister over the front A-arms.

The kneeslider aerobike link is broken so ???
If you're asking about the modeling software it is Wings 3D.
That's the most uncomfotable seat possible. You'd slide right out of it.
