The cowl scoop suggest the engine is set back somewhat.
It's Knot Farrington's 'Hel's Angel'. HOT ROD Magazine did a multi-page article about it in it's day. Not a lot of technical information offered, and nothing about its aerodynamics, other than what one can see from the various photos.
Kinda makes me lament not learning the English wheel and planisher. She's a beauty!

If the article gives the rated horsepower an estimate of the CdA could be made.

article

I think I can go directly to it.
My recollection is that, no power was given, nor weight.
I have one working number for a rolling-force coefficient on the salt.
And I have a working number for local air density at Bonneville.
There are accurate powertrain efficiency values.
I have no cannibalistic horsepower loss values for a roots-type supercharger.
We could pretty easily estimate frontal area.
The article will tell us the kind of fuel.
I believe I have heating values for gas, anhydrous ethanol, methanol, and nitromethane.
I'll snag it for next week.

Mazda - Gissya -- Interesting wheelwells. They match front to rear, the front' scoop is wrapped around onto the front. If those are not air curtains they could be. 'Just enough' reflex on the loft line.

I've just noticed that the driver's upward view angle is nowhere near 26 to 27 degrees. Probably not going to see the signal light change, gotta beep your horn at him.

I do like that side diagram, the red arc clouds above the heads seem to indicate ingress-egress clearance requirements.

The bubbly, aerodynamic vehicle had a very large windshield and exotic gullwing doors. The environmentally friendly vehicle was built using plastic and designed to be nearly completely recyclable.
