I'm at the point now where it doesn't matter I guess. I'm also running a Poly on the front and rear mount and its vibrating enough now the rear view mirror is useless at certain rpm's.

Thanks You.

Trying to make this car get the performance I want with great FE has been boarder line insanity. There has been many times I have wanted to throw in the towel and sell the Talon. I have to thank my wife for her support in this project to keep me going to see it all the way through to the end. The car is now maxed out on the FE side (70 mpg freeway @ 60 mph with 50% waste solvent enable). Our very hot Summer has been great for FE.
My pump gas 42 lbs/min air flow tune is almost done. My race fuel
65 lbs/min air flow tune is going to have to wait. I need to upgrade some drive-train parts before I dial it in.

Did you end up going A2W for the rear turbo? I think I saw a pic of a A2A?

I didn't. Your right I'm running two A2A intercoolers for now, one in the box behind me and a FMIC. I'm still pondering going with a A2W in the near future. Todays testing I was seeing 101*F IAT temps. This was with 85*F ambient temps. At 27 psi intake temps I'm flowing around 45lbs/min on my pump gasoline tune.

You're seeing IAT's of 101 at 27psi?

Those IAT's would be incredible. Like almost unbelievable incredible. You may want to check and make sure you are sampling IAT's at the right point. Or that it is sampling correctly.

Rough math here:

27psi @ 11deg/psi (which is near fantasyland compressor efficency, but we'll go with it) is 297deg. Add 85deg ambient temp (assuming you aren't getting any heat from under the hood) and you have a 382deg charge temp. Knocking a 400deg air charge temp down to 100deg would be tough running a A2W with ice water running through it.

air temp sensors can be quite laggy in comparison to actual air temp rise.... their thermal mass just takes too long to match the temp of the incoming air to be accurate unless held in similar conditions for fairly long periods of time, something like 60 seconds may be necessary get 90% of the delta for some sensors. I wouldn't be surprised if that were happening here if measured temps only rise that much.
