Arizona is doubling official cases every week. We are not supposed to double for two weeks. That will give us about 15,000 cases. We lost 122 Arizonans. So, the death toll will be 500?

I have not checked the latest numbers, but it looked like New York peaked, while the deaths kept climbing.

It looks like we will lose more than that 500.

With further reading, it sounds like the Western sates and East coast states are conspiring to keep things shut down. This contravenes Article I, Sec 10 (paragraph 3) of the Constitution: “No state shall, without the consent of Congress, … enter into any agreement or compact with another state”.

It's an interesting rebalancing of State's right and responsibilities.

She ordered the doctors to not use hydroxychloroquine, until she was begging for it.

Rand Paul rebuked Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer over her response to the coronavirus pandemic. Whitmer, who has traded barbs with President Trump during the coronavirus outbreak, has faced backlash in recent days for signing an expanded executive order that severely limited people's actions in an effort to curb the spread of the virus.

Medical accidents are the 3rd leading cause of death. Why do we allow a medical oligopolies to be gatekeepers of our own health? Would we really be at risk of bumping the 3rd leading cause of death up a notch or 2 if we could make our own decisions?

My wife's mom was just given a substitute medication from a pharmacist because the one she was prescribed was out. Before taking it, she ran it by my wife who said it was way too potent to safely switch to.

I'm not saying doctors aren't brilliant, but even genius is prone to many errors. What would be the danger in people taking a more active interest in their own health?

With further reading? But you didn't.

Why not actually read further? You ended your quote with a period. There's actually a comma there. Removing bits about war, it reads "unless... in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay." It just may apply here.

That's some really bad cherry picking there.

All of section 10 applies.

Section. 10.

Quote:
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws: and the net Produce of all Duties and Imposts, laid by any State on Imports or Exports, shall be for the Use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such Laws shall be subject to the Revision and Controul of the Congress.

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
“Bill of Attainder” is what’s relevant here.

Fake news

Here in Nv we have a large proportion of lupus sufferers that are prescribed the drug. He's buying and hoarding to keep a stock for something that mostly disappeared, which will be available only to those either with an existing prescription or a existing lupus/ RA diagnosis. Read the whole local press release.
