Anything is road legal in Quebec, if you pay off the right person lol. Metro is in Ontario though where law still applies. The floodgates were open for JDM vehicles in Canada for a few years a while back, so there are a lot of them here. But rules have changed in the last few years (In B.C. anyway), so while it is harder to get Kei vehicles here now, there are still a lot of them floating around from the initial rush.

Ah. I didn't have a lot of time in one, but I got the impression it was a slow car fun to drive fast. Then again, I'm not coming from anything that's ever had power.

It'd be nice if they turbo'ed 'em...

Now here's something you don't see everyday. Ford Aspire, 5 speed, with 166k KMs (103k miles).

And a shined up first gen Prius. I couldn't see the mileage through the window as it is digital, but the oil change sticker said 151k KMs (93k miles)

I knew newer RHD imports were forbidden in B.C., unless they were converted to LHD.

It's true! ha ha

The very sharp eyed may have noticed that in the top left of the pic of the Aspire, there is a 2 door Topaz. It is in fact a 5 speed, 4 cylinder car. It's a guy I used to work with, his sister bought it new. I will snap a pic for Frank Lee next time I see it.

Not quite. You can't import any vehicle newer than 15 years if it comes from outside of North America. Usually. There are always exceptions of course, but there are RHD vehicles on the road here newer than 15 years. But as a general rule, if you want to import RHD vehicles for sale here, stick with stuff older than 15 years.

Saw my first Plugin Prius in the parking lot. And my first Ford Cmax, which was unimpressive...

Also saw an XRT something something Merkur. Don't what it is but i assume it's rare.
