Ok i've gotten some very strange things happening with v1.5. I built up the budget control board and loaded v1.5 8khz. Connected up the pc with latest rtd running. Data rapidly scrolls down the black text box on the right but the graphs and the raw data readout on the top right do nothing. Any ideas? I'm going to drop it back to v0.9 which i know works to see what happens.

Hey Jack,

Thats RTD Explorer. I got a new version I will upload in a few moments. 1.5 includes battery amps and Amp Hours used. The new version of RTD encorperates these changes.

I have also fixed the bootloader so that it works ever time!!

The display in the bottom right shows Amp Hours used which is caculated by the controller ever 1 ms.

I will upload the new version to the server by 10AM EST. Then you you can use the update feature in RTD to update to the latest version.

Hey,

I would love to create an Iphone version, But it would basically be writing the program from scratch. I also dont know how to program for the iphone, and you need to be accepted to use the 30 pin connector.

Here is the link for the update for the program.

Hey Jack, I remember why now. basically the string of rtd data is different then what the program needs. The program is writing all the data to the box there because it thinks its bad data.

The best bet right now is to use 0.9 like you said. I should havve the updated version out some time tonight. I have to wait till I get home from work to work on it.

Sorry.

It would probably be easier to just hook a bluetooth device to the controllers serial port and make the iPhone read that... Would be sweet...

But I'd say that's a couple of revisions in the future...

Well... Since mine is already jailbroken, that's not really a big problem...

Mine already talks to a few of my projectboards and can control them...

But it would probably be easier to just use a small computer onboard the car... say a 7" touchscreen and a submini itx board and you could do a lot more...
