I'm throwing in the towel after getting lost for 5 hours trying to pick up my HF knuckles. I'm just going to clean up and leave junk at is for a few months.

Months? Aww, come on, you can stop home a few weekends to visit the IRX. If you gather up parts ahead of time, you should be able to get it roadworthy in a long weekend or two.

The worst thing is that I found out I had all the bolts I needed all along, under a piece of paper and out of sight
Anyway, home is a 10 hour busride from school, so I doubt I'll be coming home to work on the car any (until thanksgiving, at least) |

did you end up finding the knuckles at least? If you know exactly what you need to do and could pretty much finish if you had time, I'd be willing to donate a round trip or two for you. I'm going to be done with the Philly route for work at the beginning of next week and free for a little while after that (weekdays and weekends). Don't feel bad taking me up on this offer - this is an awesome project, and I don't just speak for myself when I say I really want to see it succeed (especially in time for the next AMEC run). You are a pioneer, and this is already a well revered project.
PS: I'll also have time to get my hands dirty and help you this time.

Personally, I would like to finish it right now, obviously, but since I'm up at school with no way to get home and work on it, so despite the volition, I don't think it'll be possible. It'll probably get done over thanksgiving or something like that.

Wonderboy's secretly planning to show up at AMEC IV in a 5:8 scale Civic, and he needs you to be there so his win will be definitive. I would like to see you there, for an IRX vs CRX vs Insight grudge match. Oh, well, there's always AMEC V.
