Without getting too Lounge-y about it, I've been confused since the red and blue states swapped political parties.

I think Tesla is going out of business soon if they don't start turning a profit....and driving their employee's away.

Simple math, districts have been redrawn to give more clout to low population rural districts (at least here anyway)
The voting machine then focuses on disenfranchising certain populations to discourage them from voting.
Lack of turnout is what wins elections.
And the robocalls and nonsense drive the point home.

Actually I wasn't being political, I just noticed the "liberal" states tended to have interconnected power grids prone to system wide failures. The "conservative" states seem less intertwined. When was the last time nebraska had a state wide power problem?

Not state wide but more local blackouts.
Elon Musk knows all too well the consequences of the local blackouts associated with rural grids

Liberal states tend to have “deregulated power” contrary to what conservative states have.
Deregulation results in capitalism dictating repairs and when rolling blackouts occur.
Regulated states tend to have the cheapest power de regulated states tend to have the highest electrical rates and higher utilization of generation capacity which also results in less ability to reroute capacity to cover failures.

The joke was too obtuse. The parties swapped colors, the states didn't swap parties.
Seriously, if you go back far enough Republicans were blue and Democrats were red. Or vice versa? Factually, all states are purple. The divide seems to be rural/urban.
In terms of regulation, the anarchist solution would be microgrids and voluntary association.

Problem solving by means of anarchy needs a new name. There is too much negative association with the term for people to be interested in hearing about efficient ways to solve problems.
Tonight I remembered a huge pothole and swerved just in time to avoid it, but that got me to thinking again that citizen effort should be leveraged by creating an app that allows any schmo to document and complain about deficiencies, and have the most severe issues get the attention of community funds. In fact, the taxation rate should be set by the community based on an app rating where 5 represents adequate maintenance funding, 1 extremely inadequate, and 10 extremely over funded. We don't need government directors telling us they want more funding.

I've adopted a pothole. The repair is standing up pretty well, but its a 5mph area.
There're a number of things that need new names. 'Common sense' conflates anarchism with nihilism — like Antifa. Not the same thing. There are variants like anarcho-capilaism and anarcho-communists. I prefer social anarchism AKA Mutualism or Voluntarism.
Back in the 1960s we organized a landscaping cooperative. Co-ops coexist alongside sole-proprietorships patnerships and corporations as forms of business organization.

Back on track here.
Has anyone actually found any real, recent, weekly production numbers for the Model 3? Have the bottlenecks been alleviated at all?
