nice. I like the aluminum crosspiece behind the rear tires - great way to brace that piece and I dont think i would have thought of it myself.

interesting. i would not have thought to angle the tire fairing inward like that.

i like the zipties. mine will have lots of zipties, and i will keep a pair of snips in the glovebox in case I need to remove it quickly...

More pics on the front:

I only used 2 pieces of aluminuum angle. the center piece is there to anchor the one piece choroplast sheet from flapping

I cut the choroplast to fit all the way under the front lip.
I then used a flat piece of aluminuum and 4 sheet metal screws to anchor the center line to the aluminuum angle bar that runs down the middle

you can see the factory shields that sit in front of the tire. I made a set uot of choroplast and put them at the exact same angle.

I am using 2 panels of 3x4 0.050" 5052 aluminum right now for a partial panel kit. It is rather heavy. Another portion is fiberglas reinforced vinyl, which is also heavy. My next kit will be from corroplast. Once I get done I'll post a pic or two.

What is your exhaust made of? SS? I was looking to do the same thing, at least after the converters. Insulation will help keep exhaust temps and velocities up.

Don
I did a Google search for 4x8 corroplast suppliers when I started looking. I found Regal Plastic in OKC Home, and Regal-Plastics in DFW. Regal-Plastics They also have other TX locations; I assume there's something near you...

mcrews; I bought some black plastic plant pots I intend to cut in half, and then glue/RTV the halves onto the bottom of the belly panels, in front of the wheels...for a fairing.
