Today when I was heading out to get groceries I found a wallet on the bus. I decided to pick it up and see who it belonged to, then tried to look up her number online, there was only one person with that name that was on the bus route.

At the store I had some bottles and cans to return for the deposit. There were two machines but one was out of order, at the other machine there was a guy with bags all around him on the floor. When i got there he pushed the button for a receipt, I thought "great luck, he's just done", but it was even better than that! The guy wasn't done, he just paused his recycling and let me go between with my one bag. What a hero!

And later when the lady who left her wallet on the bus came to pick it up she gave me 100kr (~$11) sweet!

Well I transferred the plates of my retiring Cobalt to the garage Insight and as I drove home in the Cobalt from the DMV a cop pulled me over for having the wrong plates which resulted in a half hour of my life lost and a warning.

If this is the best part of your day then I feel a great swell of pity for you.

I walked down an aisle at Walmart yesterday and an extremely cute girl was walking the other way. She gave me a great smile as we maneuvered around each other.

Then her dad, who is younger than me...

Just kidding. I remember happily thinking "This was the best part of my day!" It definitely did seem to go downhill from there, but I honestly do not remember why, and I prefer to remember that a cute girl randomly smiled at me than remember all of the things that went wrong afterward.

No! And it escalated after that! Later in separate incidents I cut my big toe and it got infected. What a bloody, slow-healing mess. Then I had a pile of garage stuff come cascading down as I dug something out and that landed on the other barefoot big toe, which is now sporting a completely black nail. Also barefoot, some unidentified thing I stepped on outside led to a wound and a staph infection, requiring a trip to the clinic (I nearly NEVER go get medical assistance but when pains start shooting up the leg, it's time.) That cut big toe eventually got the nail narrowed by a podiatrist because he said it was ingrown (been that way as far back as I can remember). Medical bills YEESH. No more running around barefoot!

So what's the good thing today? No new injuries; all is on the mend. But I have yet to do a dang thing so who knows what may happen... Good thing, because Mowmar is still broken and that jungle out there I call a lawn needs cutting with a push mower.

Our local urgent care is sending me to collections for $15, even though the receptionist said there is not any reason for me to owe anything.

I talked to three different people who each refused to tell me why I owed anything, they just wanted me to pay.

I got my nails done!

Watch little girls around nail polish!

I ended up cancelling plans with the woman I am seeing and spending the time with my niece, having far more fun than I ever did with the grown-up.

I think I will drive down regularly to spend time with my niece. Her brothers are lost to devices.

This is the first day of my regular 9 to 3 job, just as if I were a normal person. Unfortunately, nobody knows what to do with me!

People on YouTube always talk about jobs being bad, you want passive income! I may never have several hundred thousand dollars worth of assets working for me, or any, but I feel pleased to be here.

I think pubescence makes them cra-cra. Double for redheads like my ex.

Congrats on being a productive member of society.
