I purchased mine through priuschat.com through Toyota of Canada. I'm not sure if it will also work on your car but maybe because it's a Toyota part. If you go to priuschat.com and click on the store you will see the one I use (but it has a metal rod that plugs into my engine block...not sure if your Toyota has that receptacle for the metal rod)?
If you do a search on ecomodder for Engine Block Heater or EBH you should find examples of what other guys use on their cars...maybe even some that are on Corollas.
What part of Maine do you live in? I've been thinking about organizing some type of New England ecomodder meetup in the spring but there's not a whole lot of guys up here. A few in Mass but not alot in New England.

I like
Instantaneous MPG GPH
Average tank MPG average trip MPG
I might switch out the trip average MPG for other but the first 3 are set.

Just spent my first night of driving around with the ScanGauge. (gotta be careful, this thing could be more distracting than a cellphone!)
After playing with a few of them, here's what I've got for the moment.
MPG - instantaneous TPS - throttle position
AVG - trip average fWT/fIA - temp water or intake air
I'll probably settle out and change the temp setting to something else, but for now its mostly because its interesting to watch my intake air temp, considering I've got a turbo and a small intercooler with not-so-great airflow to it. (and probably near zero airflow once I play with grill blocks)
So far in steady driving my fIA is ~15F above ambient. Have seen it rise to 50F over ambient after a long full throttle/full boost pull. Also can see it higher after the car is parked for awhile, with the intercooler and intake heatsoaking.

I have recently been using LOD, AVG, MPG, and GPH. In the winter, I tended to use ºWt instead of GPH to see how long it took to warm up and how the heater affected the core temp. I think I might switch to TPS in place of GPH now, at least to try it out.
Does anyone use MAP as one of their regular gauges?

My car's instant MPG and avg MPG are reasonably accurate, so lately I've been using:
MPH and RPM, mostly as kind of a head-up display.
Water Temp, b/c my car doesn't have one
The fourth one alternates between several settings, depending on what I'm interested in seeing. Usually it's on GPH. Currently, though, I have it set to read out Horsepower.

I must say that despite having been only a few days, I really like having TPS on as my 4th gauge. GPH is nice but it seems like it is most useful for a few days or weeks while one is still trying to figure out how, when, and where their engine sucks up fuel and a what rate. Like instantaneous MPG, it constantly fluctuates with changing load, so it's harder to set a target and stick to it while driving. With TPS I pick a good number for a particular stretch of road and stick to it. Plus, it is pretty consistent day to day on the same road since the only variable to it is the pressure from your foot!

Just got my scangauge yesterday and have't finished the small blue booklet yet, just the glossy get-started-right-away fold out. Thanks for sharing!

I like to keep an eye on coolant temperature, mostly b/c of the grille block, but also b/c it gives an idea of how much work the engine had to do in a short time.
Next is fuel per hour - shows the load on the engine independent of the speed.
Total fuel used per trip - more important than average fe is how much fuel I actually used. This is the value I work on reducing.
The fourth slot changes - sometimes it's rpm, sometimes speed (both are more accurate than my dashboard dials), sometimes I'll fool around with something else.
