YKYAEM when you hear about the possibility of gas prices rocketing sky-high following Harvey and:

1) check the tires on your 1-speed bicycle for short trips of 15 miles or less

2) fill a 3 gallon gas can for your 130 MPG scooter and add Sta-bill just in case it lasts you longer than a month

3) go read a book.

When your friends talk about parking and fuel and you're just sitting there going: "You DRIVE?" and "Ahahahaha fuel. I filled up in August. Or was it July?"

Only if you need to brake a known amount though. Otherwise you slow down too fast and/or overrun cut only works at higher rpm

Ha! Happened to me last week. And in both our cases, was likely a diesel Smart. No small feat to overtake with one of those!

YKYAEM when you think your EPA rated 32 MPG Corolla is a gas guzzler but you have gotten 43 MPG overall over 40,000+ miles and then it's like I can live with that. Best tank 48.6 MPG

Edit: Best Tank 50.77 MPG (43.3 MPG overall over 70,000 miles)
