YKYAEM when you tell about your plans, and your friends thinks you're weird to put pieces of plastic on your car.

YKYAEM when you're walking towards a crosswalk, and you time your approach with a break in the traffic so you don't force any cars to stop.
Or maybe that's more of a KKYA hypermiler thing...
Or maybe it's something else.

YKYAEM when you have to listen to slower music because metal winds you up mentally.

Applied jaywalking is more fun if you can do it without disrupting traffic. Missing a bumper is the same thing as taking a corner perfectly, etc.

I do similar in parking lots. I'll walk across the front of the building and then straight out my row instead of diagonal point-to-point, if it allows cars to keep rolling.

I've always marveled about the stupidity of people. When they're in their cars they hate anything that slows them down (on their race to the next red light) but once they park and get out, that same pavement that moments ago they thought was a speedway becomes a place for meandering in random directions as if cars suddenly don't exist.

I've never listened to talk radio, I thought it just wound people up into a homicidal rage- and most jazz is too slow for me while driving. My ipod is full of old standards. They hit the right mix of tempo, volume and stupid silliness.

When I was in Hawaii this summer I learned to be a very relaxed driver otherwise you'll go nuts. Highway speed on the island I was on was 50mph otherwise 25mph was the fastest and there was 1 lane each way, very laid back

... when you go for a ride in your friend's new 6-speed manual Subaru BRZ and your 3rd question is...
"Does it have a fuel economy gauge?"
Her lifetime average after a few thousand kilometres: 7.9 L/100 km = 30 mpg US.
Not bad! Considering the EPA rating is 21/29 24 mpg US combined for the manual, that makes her a hypermiler! The automatic is rated 28 combined, but I'm sure the manual would beat it.
And she doesn't baby it - she turned the traction control off and got it a little sideways through a wet S-turn on an empty country road. (And she's one of the only other drivers I know who can match-rev downshift).
