Kiddo- Laundry OK( thanks TC and family!!)

Sheepdog- Rolling across I90 to I91 and North from there. North Adams is a bit hilly( especially that hairpin corner).

Made it to Rochester, NY. Should be about 350 miles to go. Clutch slipped once on my way to the highway, this morning. Got a bit feisty at a red light. Great the rest of the day. Still fully engaging, so should be fine for the last leg. If I can make it to within 250 miles, I can get AAA to finish the trip for me.

I'm watching people look at the car while inside the restaurant at the rest stop.

Good luck Aerohead!!!

What time are you going into MA? Can you stop at the first rest stop/ service area AFTER you go through the Mass turnpike toll booth? I'll only bother you for 5 minutes and then you can be on your way.

370 Stockbridge Road, Lee, Ma

That is the address of of the rest area that is on the turn pike of I 90. the area the turnpike goes through there is in the town of Lee ma. No need to exit off the pike, just stay on and you'll see the food and gas rest stop.

2013 on the salt sounds do-able and lots of time to build and test before then.
Still "lookin for adventure
and what ever comes our way..."

best wishes and get home saff and sound.

For 2013 I think a convoy would be fun, 3-4 boat tailed cars going together down the road would be fun

One of those boat tails would have a motorcycle in front of it.

Made it home safe and sound. Sorry I missed you Sheepdog, I did see that rest stop, but didn't get your message before now. Will have to do some work before venturing out again.

Taking a break. Thanks again and again to all those who helped out with good wishes and everything. This is the best forum ever.

Aaahhh... *collective sigh of relief*
Very glad to hear you made it home safe and sound.

For everyone's enjoyment, here's when you stopped in Thursday evening, and you admitted that there was NO coroplast on FrankenJetta. Gasp! So we remedied that;

Did you notice any change in operating temps?

And, to help everyone see what you're up against with the leaking injector;

and, not-so-leaky #2
