Midwest washes away in record flooding

Perhaps you've noticed the 15-Midwestern states impacted by major flooding.
Nearly 70% of Nebraska has been declared a disaster zone.
Record crestings on rivers feeding the Mississippi,as bombogenesis,polar-vortex snows melt and get rained on by atmospheric rivers, crossing the entire nation.
More fun to come!

Mosquitoes to kill half-million this year,S-E Asia

500,000 are expected to die this year (and successive years) in Cambodia,Vietnam, and Thailand, from drug-resistant Malaria.
Half of world's population at risk.
And then Ken and Barbie can spread it to the rest of the world ,once they get home from their Asian holiday, on their commercial airliner.
Another anthropogenic masterpiece.

Citi (bank) $200-billion offshore wind,Rhode Island

Citi (bank) had already helped get a 30-MW offshore wind farm in service last year,at Block Island Wind Farm,Rhode Island,USA.The power saved residents 40%.
Last Sunday morning on MEET the PRESS,General Electric ran an advertisement for a $200-billion offshore project.
G.E.builds up to a 12-MW, Haliade -X-12,turbine (world's largest),with a Capacity Factor of 63%,67 GWh/year,and capacity to run 16,000 European households per turbine.
With a 220-meter turbine,it can harvest lower wind speeds, and more efficiently.
It looks like a continuation of what started out as a 10-year project.
Rhode Island is a member state of the U.S.Climate Alliance, pledged to stay in the Paris Agreement, with, or without the US Government.

It would spread slower if they had to take the train.

With all the moisture we have I'm predicting our native skeeters to be a major nuisance this year.

I haven't looked into this more deeply, but it appears that his thought crime is being in favor of nuclear power.

Manufacturing consensus?

Nuclear power costs somewhat more than coal or hydroelectric. It can be clean if they use breed reactor, that recycle poor uraniun and turn it into plutomiun. No nuclear radioactive waste. But plutonium it's easy to turn into a nuclear weapon.

I found most solar panels take so much enerny to manufacture, that take about 5 years to a solar panel produce the energy that was require to manufacture the panel.
In this way Sunpower solar panels have a advantage, since it lifespam is much longer, since it lose 0,1% of efficience per years, while most solar panels lose 1%.

I fear the day when technology for rockets with transcontinental ability became usual to most countries, specially middle orient, and when plutonium production also became easier.
In the same way I fear the day when genetic manipulation became easy and terrorists could create super virus to kill billions of people.

Actually plutonium from natural or depleted uranium is generally not suitable for nuclear weapons.
This is one of the reasons all the 2 bit dictators want to enrich uranium.

Also the spent fuel from natural uranium and depleted uranium usually doesn't require active cooling until it's reprocessed. Just a pool of still water, mostly just to stop radiation.

Separating plutonium isotopes is almost impossible.
Too much 238 and it's useless too much 240 and it could spontaneously go off or at least melt down.

Supposedly solar panels take around 40kwh per 200 to 250 watt panel to make. For example a 220 panel should be able to make about 1kwh per day.
I don't know if I believe those numbers but that's all I could find.
