damn I missed that post Sven7 I think a tc switch would be sweet and I think ill need it a bit higher on the rear I tried the template but I think I messed it up or the camera angle was wrong...

and its not too big 25.5 frontal area.
as large as possible for a "compact"
a big larger then the cavalier
a big smaller then the lumina
all share the same engine / transmission

I have seen 2 or 3 in the past few months. all with bad paint

the scangauge is not calibrated so I'm sure its off a bit what direction? ??

going to fill er` up soon

oh and I got the coolant thermostat and DRL all fixed now to keep the radio on when the key is off and aeromod it on the 24th

Hear you go Dave! I finally got the images completed with the Aero Overlay. Please excuse my atrocious use of Microsoft Paint

Here is the Corsica with the Aero Template overlaid:

I had some trouble getting the template right due to the car being slightly off level. I got as close as I could WAGing it. It appears to be close of the image was evened out.

Then I had some fun

Fusion of Corsica and Prius!

The Corsica with an 85% length BoatTail:

Here is the Corsica fully aeromodded. 85% BT, front and rear skirts, tire deflectors, side panel, giant air dam and windsheild wiper cover!

I had fun doing this, if you can't tell

I put gas in it today.

396.3 miles
11.980 Gallons of 87

33.0 MPG !!

I also tried to pulse and glide and started smelling burning plastic....
Ill try it again soon on an empty road when no one else is around to be 100% sure it was or was not coming from my car.

Next fill up will be at the WAWA down in richmond with the boys. gonna see what she can do with zero aeromods on a long highway trip going to try to stay at 50-65 MPH. following trucks and slowing down uphill and speeding up downhill. I'm going to spend the entire day trying to get the best MPG possible. I should be about 380 miles total for the day.

My wife 1st car was a cavalier. I'd get 38 pretty regularly driving normally so that's pretty decent mileage. First thing I thought of was the thermostat as well. Nasty habit of going out and overheating =headgasket Now that death-cool stuff is special. Organic and turns to jello when it s exposed to the air. I think it congeals when mixed with green and when it gets really old too. I'd definitely thoroughly flush it out. My old Tahoe had the boogers forming around the reservior. You could go back to it or go green but not together. It works as good as weedbegone at killing grass too.
