Facebook group, $25 + shipping for those plus some other bits and pieces for the Insight I'm restoring. I'd have taken them from a junkyard Insight here in town but the yards are closed to the public.

Just got caught up again. Very nice to see the progress.
I picked up another cheap Mirage this week, and it's white. For some reason, that made me think of the AeroCivic. (YKYAEM when...)

Glad to see it being brought back.
I regularly think that as soon as I see someone go full aerocivic on an EV, that will be the moment that I’ll know that EV’s have reached critical mass.

That would be my dream vehicle. An EV that's still a 5 passenger care on the inside but as efficient as possible on the outside.

Well ... the Aerocivic would still be the Aerocivic if it had an EV drivetrain.
EV West sells conversion kits for older Miatas for like $6k. Fabricate some mounts for the Civic... add $10k for some really good batteries... AerocivicEV!

Welcome to the thread! Isn't it awesome that the aero Civic is being restored?

Oooooh!
South Carolina to Vermont on old tires and that suspension.
Better check your guts:brains ratio.

Good to see this classic rising again.
Sounds like the engine has lots of service left, but man! you gotta deal with that suspension. Rust never sleeps, y'now. Even in Dixie.
Here in the Midwest POR15 has taken over as a rust preventive undercoat. Not cheap, but works great. Sunlight degrades it so spray on a good tough top coat.
