.

Less traffic and less disruption to traffic.

Less disruption to commerce.

Less disruptive overall in general.

Large concrete pours fair better when not in direct sunlight and or higher temperatures.

Allows construction vehicles unfettered access to job site. (dumptrucks, cement trucks and heavy equipment) Having materials like concrete or asphalt delivered within their sensitive time and temperature slots is imperative.

The downside is that the “job” usually costs more.

I'll clarify - why is construction work happening at night INSTEAD of during the day?
That's three times.

What hinges on the outcome?

I can believe the believers still insist changes in the solar wind can't effect things on the ground.

Yeah, but you haven't addressed my point about who cares what the cause of warming is? Doesn't matter if it's solar wind, or cow farts... what should be our response to warming is the only interesting topic. If you get cancer, does it matter which of the 4,952,843,374 things known by the state of California to cause cancer, caused your cancer, or if the diagnosis was accurate (second opinion).

What's causing warming is a boring topic; like trying to figure out which of billions of things cause cancer. Everything causes cancer, and everything causes warming. What should we be doing about it?

The whole man made global warming thing is just a scam to pass carbon taxes, consumption taxs on literally everything and make electricity completely unaffordable to poor people further making them depending on the government.
With little or no climate change caused by man, there is no reason to tax us further to death or ban fossil fuels making everything stupid expensive, lowering the standard of living, increasing overall misery for no reason.

What to do about it? Same as before minus the banning of fossil fuels and pointless taxation. Don't live below sea level, don't live too close to the coast, buy a good air conditioner, prepare for madmax style post industrial society, ect.

Who ever's in charge, they're knuckleheads.

These are the people who, when the ground was [un]fortitudinally cleared for the construction of Gaudi's (airplane-proof) New York Hotel on it's original site, they wimped out and went with two antipyramids!

SpaceX could deliver Bigelow Aerospace hotels to any point on the planet in a suborbital hop. Did you know Bigelow wants to assemble his hotel on Moon orbit and then land the whole thing as a single piece?

Maybe those reasons and because it is too hot to work during the day:

We have our magnetosphere to thank, for protecting us from most of the effects of the solar wind. We only have to look at Mars to understand what could happen, if we didn't have a a strong magnetosphere.

What was your point again?
