- Bookmarks import / export used to be Bookmarks - manage bookmarks. Now its Show All Bookmarks - then Manage Bookmarks - not intuitive one bit.
- There is a menu (F10) but it is not the same structure as it was before. Why ?
And findamentally people are switching off IE partly because of the unfamiliar interface, so why copy it ?

Ah, your cheese was moved. Old dogs & such...
The move to Office 2007 from 2003 was the same for me. But after I took some time to find my cheese again (and hide the crap I don't care about), I kinda like it.

Outdoor vending machines.
Keeping you drink ice cold, even in the sun on a hot day.
Energy usage (wastage)? It's in the price.
And I don't mean solar powered vending machines.

What are worse are those damn "vanity fridges."
We had one of these at the office that we received from a sponsor. The thing ran 24x7, and it was very loud. We still had a "real" fridge, so this thing ran continuously (with the lights and everything) with one bottle of soda in it, until I finally unplugged it. Somebody kept plugging it back in, but after two or three days of me unplugging it every time I saw it, they gave up and left it unplugged.
I wish I had put it on the Kill-A-Watt to see how much these things waste (and they're in every grocery store and gas station.)

Wife packing for holidays. The debate is 3 weeks, only 2 bags booked. Should I just go ahead and pay for another one...
Me : "Shall we book another bag then ?"
W : "I don't know, I'm asking you"
M : "Shall I check the packing"
W : "No, its not finished."
M : "So, shall I book another one then ?"
W : "I don't know, I'm asking you"
rinse and repeat - forever...
So I have given up and booked one anyway.
Mrs A doesn't suffer from stress but is definitely contagious.

With all the hiking we do, the Wife and I are used to packing light - you pack it, you carry it for two weeks.
The problems start when we take the car: "I'll pack another blanket, it might be cold", I'm not sure which shoes will be better, so I'll take both and leave one in the car", "Did you take an extra jacket?", "Remember to pack more _fill_in_the_blank_, it's not like you'll have to carry it", etc.
So I understand what you're going through

A problem shared is two people annoyed
With the power of the internet and 2^2^2^2^2... we can annoy the whole world in seconds.
Look at tw*tter for a worked example.
