Nope. Sorry I just spotted this now. In Canada at least the XFE has a badge on the trunk that identifies it. Not very common on this side of the Rockies, I've only seen a few go through the auctions.

Just barely not eligible per the price. But, if it is an HX, this is the cheapest HX I've ever seen.

EPA: 31/34/39

1997 Honda Civic - $1600 (Milwaukee )

That should be an EX. The EX Coupe has no moonroof. The HX has a spoiler and the LX had a moonroof along with no spoiler.

One would a have to pop the hood and check the engine for which engine it has in it.

Planning to pick this AT Festiva up on Saturday for $1k for the wife if it checks out. It misses the EPA mark by a couple ticks, but I think I can coax up to 40mpg out of it.

Good thoughts. If it's not almost totally rust free I'll walk. I can source and replace the b3 engine for $100 and a full days labor, so I'm not as worried about the engine.

2001 Honda Insight

Here's a sad one. Maybe good for extreme aeromods?
Honda Insight
2001 for parts only. Most damage in rear. Lots of good parts up front including engine and interior, new snow tires in front. Not sure if battery is salvageable. Has about 150k miles on it. Will consider an offer

mikeyjd: did you get the Festiva? How is there a rust-free Festiva in Michigan?

$1000 is a lot to ask for a wrecked Insight!

But a rear crashed Insight is what led to this 3-wheeled creation:
