55 was my goal but I'll just stay going for 60. Real goal is getting the explorer to 30

Yes... You certainly have the #1 spot for a Domestic vehicle and gotta say well done!

It's too bad that the vehicles in foreign markets tend to be more fuel efficient... Most are standard transmissions and they have a lot more diesels. I've heard in some cases the foreign markets tend to have cars with slight differences in the body styles or trim that provide lower drag coefficient than those offered in the U.S. market... turd faces.

I feel they tweak the rules for emissions over there a bit. If you look at several of the top of the line diesel trucks. Do an emissions delete and see a 5 mpg highway efficiency improvement my one friend jumped from 15 to 22 mpg. This is just my thought on the subject. I feel the emissions equal out per gallon of fuel burned between with and no emission. I dont have any numbers to back any of that it's just my thought. Especially in my friends case. Roughly 50% (yeah 50!) more distance traveled on the same amount of fuel. If someone has the numbers of how what all gets taken out by the emissions system. A with without comparison would be awesome! I may be crazy but in my head it makes sense the voices say so lol

Nice numbers. And nice car. I prefer the 1.8L to the 1.4L turbo because it is simpler. The Sonic is the same car in terms of engines and transmissions. I like the combo of the NA engine and super tall 6-speed manual transmission. With more EOC you could pull some ridiculously high numbers. Do the kiss-starts correctly and there will be no harm to your equipment. My 1998 Civic just crossed 250,000 miles. It has the original factory clutch/flywheel from 1998 and for the last 75,000 miles I have EOC and kiss-started it scores of times a day. Still no slipping.

I would like to beat ur little Honda but too short of a daily commute to push 60 constantly. 58-59 is the highest I've been able to maintain on my 13 mile drive

You are #8 in % over EPA as of today. Congratulations!

Those are impressive numbers. You're getting better mpg than most Insight owners (not on here, but in general). Keep pushing the boundaries of what you think the Cruze is capable of. You might very well pass 100% over EPA, which is a TOUGH feat to accomplish. You seem to have the skill set to make it a reality though

Nearly all my daily driving is just 12 miles to work, and 12 miles to home. But I have modded my car more than you might like to with a pretty new vehicle.

Don't worry I checked your page out a bit. I'm in the works of redirecting my intake to make a warmish air intake. The way I have it now intake get maybe 10-12° above ambient. Idk if it will help me any with the intercooler. No I probably shouldn't do a delete lol. I'm also playing with a bit of coroplast. That's mostly on the explorer though. With grill block and roof rack cross bars taken out increased speed up 5 mph roughly and maintained same average mpg as before modding. Will be putting spats on that soon. Can u mod my Cruze so I don't feel bad about doing it. I'll do the explorer lol.
Oh what would you use to pull more warm air off the engine. Budget modding here so was looking towards pvc. Already pulled grill off Cruze to remove original snorkel air intake crap. Choke point. I'm thinking of grabbing a cone filter and making my own adjustable wai. In that event need to figure out some sort of air straightening before maf. Any suggestions for materials I'm open to just about anything rational on a 2014 vehicle lol
