I only remember getting something notarized and once getting a temporary card in the last few years, but millions of people still walk in, and coronavirus would spread slower if people wore masks.

Just not a Batman, Dread Pirate Roberts, or Zoro mask...

I tried to purchase nonrunning vehicles twice this year. Both times I was able to get enough cash back from the store.

How do you disable a respirator valve?

If you do that then it is safer for everyone.

There's no need for masks if people with coughs just stayed home. Masks aren't primarily for the healthy, but for the unhealthy to prevent further spread.

You don't. Doing so would mean you would have to exhale through the filter, which is restrictive, which means you will build up CO2 inside the mask. (You can actually get masks that do this on purpose simulate training at a higher altitude)

The most likely scenario with the valve blocked is that you exhale through leaks around the mask and then suck air back in through those leaks before they close again. Cover the valve and exhale and you will see what I'm talking about.

Not true. 25% of people with COVID 19 have no symptoms but are still spreading it through the air when they breath and talk.

'Conspiring' will get you infected.

And that would be a very confined goal compared to the possibilities inherent.

I've seen that you're an EU proponent. Do you think the probability for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frexit are up or down?

I think the probability of any country leaving the EU has been dramatically decreased by the fiasco that is Brexit.

Probably not a surprise to anyone but it appears that we are under counting COVID 19 deaths.

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/05/u...ndercount.html

It seams that we have a spike in pneumonia deaths and people that die at home aren't being tested by COVID 19 due to the limited number of test kits available.

This doesn't surprise me at all considering my wife's experience. She visited her doctor and urgent care clinics multiple times after she returned sick from Vietnam. Nobody tried to identify what had caused her illness. It was simply diagnosed as pneumonia due to the fluid in her lungs and treated it as such.
