If you do it correctly, surely it should be the rear wheel cover ?

The size of that right front wheel weight indicates there is something bent or a tire that is seriously out of round or balance, all irrelevant on a yard car.

electric vehicles galore! (and other new FE cars)
EVs are kinda common out here (and so is the Mitsu Mirage).
Spotted a Kia EV today (no time for a picture). Daily, I see Chevy Sparks and Volts, Phev Prii, Leafs, the Fiat 500 EV, that ugly BMW EV, Fit EVs, and others all the time.
Tesla charging stations
At a local mall where there is a Tesla "store" ... these are new cars in the mall parking garage, charging (a 70D , a 85D, and two or three P85D trims):
Other random EVs
Spark EVs are suddenly quite common this spring:
A BMW (also common, unfortunately):
Two Mitsubishi Mirages
This car is suddenly common, but the similar
Nissan Micra I do not see.

So please don't hold back, how do you really feel about the i3? haha. I don't like them either, but I have to say I dig the wheels. Super tall and skinny, they need to be on my Insight.

I3 is kind of a statement car as much as anything else. Blah.
No pic, but of all things I saw a Plymouth Horizon this morning...

I'm cool with the i3. That carbon body is sweet.
Haven't actually seen one in real life, but I did get passed by an i7 near Santa Fe.

Swap for the spare ?
I like the i3 myself because of the looks rather than despite them...

The i3 looks better in real life; like most cars.
I think you mean the i8? I have not seen one of these, though I probably could by going to the local BMW dealer.

One of the things I liked best about this scene was that the two econoboxes, a Civic and a Mirage, were only using the gas station's convenience store, while an SUV sits at the pump filling up.

I haven't seen the i3 yet, but there is an i8 exposed at the local dealer. I actually liked the i8, it doesn't look boring like many "eco" cars.
