Saw my first Mirage walking the dog down a side road. It was silver. I think it's a really nice looking car.

I saw my most recent Sheepdog car-walking a Mirage the other day. It was black and white and a bit furry, nice looking though.

Not enough variety for me, I'd want any one of the three plus a bug-out vehicle and a rat rod.

Caught a Volt yesterday, and a brand-new Passat TDi today. I have actually been seeing some Mirages around lately, looks like a few have finally left the dealer.

This would have come home with me except for the lack of a clutch. For a 20+ year old economy car with 347k KMs (215k miles), I couldn't believe how clean and straight this thing was. It even came with a brand new set of tires in the back. I believe it was a 1993.

Great colour and wheel combo! And gotta love the 'period' side graphics... just like the old Metro.

If I were up there I'd probably want to buy that Festiva in a heartbeat.

Nissan Figaro

A 1991 Nissan Figaro spotted in aHospital parking garage here in Orange County. Apparently was rated for 30s mpg.

Decals were for the "Great American Race 2015" which ended in Santa Monica in late June. But on the race website this car was not listed as a contestant, though it does appear to have been on the spectator sister drive called the Great American Tour.

Nissan seems to have build on about 20,000, for the JDM. Cute car.

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
