They also did that to the E-Ei.
Basicly the fusselage of a Grob Astir on 3 wheels, but the end is just cut off and it doesn't even have a canopy.

How exactly would you keep the aft fuselage with the length limits currently applied to over the road vehicles?

Freebeards pictures usually include some sort of method of truncating the tail and maybe reattaching the airflow

Easier to ask forgiveness than permission? I'd forgive a long RV with a lovely airplane tail.

I think I'd be more annoyed that the tail means there's much less benefit in drafting him.

Else make it a boat like Cosmic Muffin:

www.thevintagenews.com/2015/10/26/one-of-a-kind-a-boat-made-out-of-a-plane/

I went looking for a picture and found this one I like better:

external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP. YAB99tWCYI71toTAkgT8qgHaHc%26pid%3DApi&f=1

This one has nicer lines and (potential for) retractable gear.

Because it does, apparently. It just lacks the bow windows.

In some thread I speculated on scale maille for skinning compound curves. then I find this:

www.doityourselfrv.com/aerodynamic-super-light-camp-trailer/

They claim 44 MPG towing this.

Nice, but the back door ruins it for me.
