Today I accidently reseted my segment on the FCD. So I don't know how many mpg I did on the morning trip and AVG for the commute.

On the returning trip I beated my previous highscore of 113.5, I did 115.3 mpg!

I estimated my morning trip and I did around ~86 mpg, so my AVG for the commute is 100.6 mpg. I'd like to know if I really did 100 mpg AVG today...

In the pic, that oil doesn't look like something you want to keep in the engine.
The colour looks like it's come out of a diesel ... black.
Was it really that bad ?

Yeah it was really old oil. I don't know how many mileage it had so I changed it to create routine and now I know when to change it. I feeled a good difference during my Arnprior trip so yeah, I guess it was really time to do the oil change.

Today I did another MPG test run. I went to Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs and back (56.5 mi.) EBH plugged 2 hours, c°WT 59°C before starting, c°IA 28°C. 23°C Ambiant temp. My 12v battery was fully charged, VLT 12.6 before starting. On the going trip It was difficult to keep good mpg because my 144v battery was empty and my electric motor was recharging it. I did 92.2 mpg.

Driving technique : similar to last time mpg run. Lean Burn DWL at 45-55 mph and P&EOC in city. AVG speed form SG-II 36 mph. Trying to stay at 17 TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) is hard, but sometimes when the LOD are below 60, instantatenous mileage is between 135 and 150+ mpg. When climbing hills, I go between 21-25 TPS.

On the returning trip, my 144v battery was fully charged and I was able to keep a 135 mpg target. Sometimes I was at 145-150+ mpg inst. for 1-2 miles. Did 114 mpg!

AVG for the test run : 103.1 mpg (US) | 2.28 L/100 km.

Congrats.

I'm going to have culture shock (fuel economy shock?) when I get my Firefly back on the road soon.

You better empty your tank soon, someone just got bumped down a notch.

I wish i had a 8 mile round trip commute. At that pace i would fill up once every 4 months!

Again beated my 3 highscores today! Also beated one of my goals. It was really a perfect day for mpg. It was sunny, hot and there was no traffic. I didn't even hit a redlight!

On the morning trip, I did 96.3 mpg!

On the returning trip, I don't know why but the car seemed to coast more than normal . Did 120.3 mpg!!! UNDER 2 L/100 km (1.96 LHK).

And finally for the average of the commute, I did 108.3 mpg .

I wanted to do a trip under 2 L/100km since I bought the car in May! This will be tough to beat! Another great new is that after my yesterday mpg test run, My 144v Battery SOC gauge showed 19/20 bars. My battery SOC is now at 17/20 bars, and I used quite alot of assist today. I like that!

EDIT : My Lifetime mpg is now 90 mpg! (Lifetime resetted after repairing my trip button 2-3 weeks after I got the car).
