Jem Bendell: I gave it four minutes and twenty seconds. The road to Extinction is paved with good intentions.

Wrapping himself in the flag of Buddhism would help more if he refocused from carbon to pollution.

Scott Adams is identifying and removing the roadblocks to Bill Gates 4th gen power initiative. That's more than Greta T. will ever accomplish.

Compilation of 65,000 melt water lakes (& moulins?) on Antarctica. Long explored in Greenland, the Southern-most continent's lake numbers jump. Indications are that melt water lakes have affected calving ice shelves:

Chattering increases in Antarctic peninsula glacier velocities are occurring. There appears to be three types of motion which control the 5 glaciers. Altho, the glaciers span a region of 100 km, there appears to be coordination of their motions.

Economic growth and energy consumption are highly correlated. Despite our (modest so far) efforts to displace Carbon energy sources with rebuildables, new additions of fossil fuel consumption continue to outpace additions of wind and solar by a wide margin.

So you attack the correlation; how being above my pay grade.

Reserve 'green' capacity for producing more 'greener' stuff? Dump box houses for bubbles? I dunno.
