Shoot, it's going to be harder for me to procrastinate now. I might actually have to be productive.

This is the most important topic I have ever discussed here and elsewhere (not just climate change but also and the (until more recently) healthy debates on many forward thinking topics. Thanks all!

I'm married and we have a baby so it's like a chocolate pudding emoji and the white flag emoji.
The last time I got a peach emoji Obama was president and I'm not even sure if it was first or second term.

So we can't sustain the only thread keeping this website alive, but we can talk about that fine example, Facespook??

I'm here as a refuge from social media. And emojis are a reversion to hieroglyphics. We need more precision in communication, not less.

Malapropism is bad enough. Signal-to-noise ratio

What do you think of my theory that's it's pressure from all these new advertisers?

OTOH, the "school girl' in the JCPenney ad was.... Okay? Can I start posting comparables?

If anyone is served that JCPenney ad, Shft-Cmd-4 it for me M'kay? I closed the window.

Can we establish the boundaries? Because the science doesn't take even a day off. For example:

Protostellar Core Magnetic Fields: https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10...
Links are broken, I tediously edited them all out but vBulletin helpfully puts them back automagically.

Obviously, Overestimating Warming is right out. Scholz's Star is extraterrestrial, but so is 3He but that speaks to energy which is only two degrees of Kevin Bacon.

I don't want to willfully step over any boundaries here. I was kidding about the ad.

All five silent, motion video ads are identical [not clicking learn more].

I think they're onto me. Speedway ads are following me to Youtube.

edit:
Further to emojis. There's a major scandal on Youtube with scammers taking over Youtube accounts, destroying the backcatalog and subscriber lists, and then harvesting some ad revenue and abandoning it.

I'd always wondered if you could pick your advertisers on Youtube. It turns out that's a vector for [a fatal] infection.

Anyway, it turns out the creators try to fight back by voting with emojis (green paddle/red paddle) in the comments. Youtube is banning people for voting and locking them out of the gMail accounts.

If I'm reading this wrong let me know.

Can we add a Pepe/Clownface emoji to the vBulletin set?
