This pic was from last week when my intake fuel pump shut off due to a negative factory pin in the plug corroding and not making a good connection.
Boost 27 psi, RPM 3205, A/F 16.1 total time before it went off the WB scale was .5 seconds basically fuel cut lol


I got luck again after I fixed it I did some testing to check the engines health "leak down, comp test and my crank case pressure data-log on a 33 psi run". Everything is good.

So now I think my spray guided piston design is working and controlling detonation by keeping the flame kernel at the center of the piston even when it auto ignites?

I've had a few asking about the waste solvent so this is what the stages are.

The middle one that's kinda of pink in color is what the painter dumps into a five-gallon drum what's left over after they mix paint color and finish the paint job. The painter always has a few oz's left over, from each job. This drum gets all color and products that don't have a hardener in them.

They then dump the five-gallon waste drum into the paint recycler. The one on the left is cake what's left over after it's been recycled. The cake can be dumped into the trash because it no longer has solvent in it and is just dry paint.

The one on the right is the clear bi product that is basically all the solvents in the paint and the reducers they use to thin the paint to spray it through the gun.

Update:

Finished Pre-Chamber v3.

This newer version has a much better flame torch then the last two versions. This will help with flame speed during my ultra-lean burn.

Also seeing lower spark plug temps and head coolant temps. This was a major win for me for the way I design my pre-chamber, it needs to run much cooler than other pre-chambers for fuel collection.

Also did some GEM31 fuel testing with the v3 and it runs great. This fuel comes out to around $4.40 a gallon. So, the next test is to see what the fuel mileage is compared to E10 gasoline. My math and homemade gas generator say it will be around 31 mpg Freeway.

Update:

Did a ton of high boost and nitrous testing this summer. Last weekend ran 38psi and a 150 shot of N2O. Car ran great with no miss-fire. This was on GEM 40 (40% methanol, 38% pump 92 gasoline, 22% ethanol) with zero knock.
The only negative thing at this HP is I'm going to have to build a type of heat sink to pull away some heat from the pre-chamber. It was too hot for my liking.

Been working on the center electrode size this summer also. Since the spark plug has no ground electrode and utilizes the pre chamber outer case as the ground electrode. I have three different types of center electrodes. One is for light load FE (extreme lean), the second is for high load HP (lean/performance) and FE, and the third is for extreme high load performance (rich high performance only).

One good thing that came from the high heat pre-chamber issue is it opened up a lot of ways to build a performance pre-chamber.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other place other than here. I'm terrible at not videoing more. I do have a FB page but 90% of it is on my racing of the car and not too much on FE. I will be doing a YouTube segment on my 71 4G63 Camaro build starting pretty soon. It will be a turbo compound setup that should make around 1400 HP and my goal for it is to get 70mpg freeway. It will get into details about the engine and the pre-chamber setup.
