YKYAEM when it's your last week working in a particular city and you're still double checking glide points and randomly planning efficient detours around backups.

YKYAEM when you get glide point anxiety about your untested, new commute?
---
YKYAEM when, while walking down the road, you find yourself absent-mindedly thinking... " cylinder deactivation mode" or " normal mode" on hearing the exhaust sounds of passing pickup trucks.

It's on the same exact commute, but only half as far as the last job.
As a bonus, I lost the really bad half of the commute.
As an added bonus, it's about 1/4 mile from the grocery store I use.
As an added, added bonus, it's really close to the high school my kids will be hitting in a couple years.
YKYAEM when you ditch your low end job for one managing the department in a store half the distance from your house.
And I'm already making this department more efficient than it was.

YKYAEM ... when your sister, while wondering which car we should use, asks: "does your car have a passenger seat in it today?"
(Answer: yes, it did! But we decided we had enough time to walk instead. )

I haven't got a picture of it, but the L-shaped deck that turned my Superbeetle into a minivan has been removed, and is going to be installed in the 58 Baja Bug[out].

YKYAEM when you’re at a lower rpm than the semi next to you.

...When it irks you that you have never seen this plug-in hybrid (which has been in the neighbourhood for a few years) plugged in!

YNYAEM when your rental hybrid car only got 43MPG. Not as good as my Prius.
YNYAEM when you are proud of your wife when she started trying to beat her best MPG going to work in the recently purchased Prius.

When you hire a 1.5 litre manual Pulsar/Sunny sedan for a long road trip, and like it.
Wasn't sure on mileage, but I think I filled it up three times or so doing a lap of the South Island of New Zealand...
