He said a friend told him to ask if I was MetroMPG when I said I was interested in using his RE92's on my junk fleet of Metros/Fireflies/Miatas.

YKYAE when...

Evidence that the gods of aerodynamics have a sense of humour is revealed when you have to drive into a headwind on BOTH legs of a round trip (1 day apart)!

The last two times I crossed Kansas, I could have sailed on a broad reach at highway speed with no engine.

Generally, the folks who lead with guns aren't the most effective users of them.

It's similar to their vehicle choice and operating behavior, people like that are full of bad decisions and don't operate equipment well. I'll guess it was an F-350 as a DD that changed lanes unsafely and a 9mm as a "weapon" that didn't accomplish anything.

It was just a threat. The jerk did not even take the trouble of holding his gun out of the car, if he had fired he would have shot his own rear glass.

A hand gun bullet versus 2 layers of glass, one of which a hardened and layered windshield. I guess there was never a lot of danger there.

In firing, he would have swerved and collided with yet another car.
