Bright yellow green or orange suggested solid white if you dont run A/C.

The problem is that the tail it is still a 20 footer at best. When you get closer
it becomes apparent. I would have to fiberglass and do a lot of transition work (car to tail) instead of using duct tape. Flat black primer hides everything.
Still in the testing stage.

I think MPG Militia is a self-selecting group, you just wake up one morning and realize you're in. The font is VAG Rounded.
justme1969 -- it's from the Military Theme thread. That's Weatherspotter's vehicle and I believe it's all magnetic stick-on stuff, for in case you're in a funeral procession or something. There're other pix of an hovercraft and Porsche with the same treatment.

As freebeard said, the only requirement is wanting to be in(paraphrasing).
New member, drinks all around, rednecks tab ! (Maybe break out some stump hole ?!)
I also did a "hatch-ectomy" by taking out the trunk lid, rear window and rear seat. The rear seat support was only held in my 4 spot welds, so I figured that it wasn't very structurally important. I also welded pipe to the bumper that has withstood a rear-ending from a Subaru Forester. Low speed but no visible damage to any of the welds, bumper, or framework, so I'm pretty happy( slight bending of the rear most cross piece). I'm all for leaving the original rear bumper in place.

Well, since we don't know how the fishing turned out -- and it wouldn't matter too much with this kind of improvement as all Southern boys love a road trip -- it appears a success in all ways. Git 'ur dun, indeed.
Thanks for posting.
How's it do with the 18-wheeler bow wave and backwash? I'd be pretty concerned if I came up on something like this and thought that the car rear axle might get light as I passed. It would change my plan for passing (Interstate). This has to do with the increase in side "sail area" and the leverage, thus, out past the rear axle.

Job well done, IMHO. Now I want to get into boat tails, You're inspiring me!
...
However, I already drive a "Land Yacht" As it is without a boat tail. Adding a proper boat tail would make it take up two parking spaces!
(That's not my car in the pic but it's the same general model)
Perhaps I could find a way to make a collapsible boat-tail if I keep the Caprice Classic.
