If you fall in behind a procession of two large trucks, a dump truck, and several cars, and you triumphantly shout a little too loudly, "CORRIDOR!"

I think you'd beat him/her with that tank. I'd bet $50 on that.

When you pass a Gen. 1 Insight parked in your town and think,"Well, there's probably the only guy in town that might be getting better mileage than me."
...Or, is that just my Ego getting the better of me .

People pass you and yell " what's your problem" but they get by to fast to yell back "what's the rush".

When you walk past somebody sitting in a running car and think to yourself "what a waste of gas". Or when somebody passes you in a lifted 44"tires truck and you wonder how much gas he just burned through to get to 60 in a 45 mph zone?

YKYAEI...when mowing your lawn, you contemplate how you might hypermile your lawnmower...and it's a push mower.
BTW, I didn't come up with anything.

Make sure you don"t overlap to much, so you get the widest cut possible.

HA! I assume you mean gas mower...
I have to hypermile my rescued-from-the-trash-battery-electric-mower (because: old battery). Mow in long passes, rather than many short passes (think: long side of the rectangle) so you waste less energy while changing directions. Also: go as fast as you can. Hypermiling a push mower = running

I see that at work with alarming regularity. People eat lunch in their vehicles and run the engine for AC in the Summer; heat in the Winter. I'd bet that none of them keep a fuel log; and that most of them complain about the price of fuel.
I eat lunch at my desk, and then go for a 1.25 mile walk around 4 of our buildings to finish my lunch hour, so I see a lot of vehicles in the parking lots.
I was shocked one day when I saw a lady eating lunch in her Honda Accord V-6 coupe with the driver's side window open and the engine OFF. I briefly considered asking her, "What? You're not wasting gas to run the air conditioning like everyone else does?"

Mow in laps (think turning that rectangle into a spiral) so you're still mowing when you're changing directions. My riding mower doesn't pivot well.
