...you pay close attention to aerodynamics on every car you see...
Just today on campus, I saw a car drive by with a radiator block installed. It was a fairly small car (2 door) and the radiator block appeared to be made of flexible plastic. It was going a little too fast for me to read the model, however. I wonder if it belongs to a hypermiler...
I think radiator blocks have a pretty wide following beyond the ecomodding community. Some people probably steal the idea from big rigs and dump trucks, for example. It certainly does help FE though.
YEEHAAhh
been there,
done that.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!

...if you get annoyed when you have to rev over a certain rpm (4000rpm in my case)
...if you are curious as to whether the 6spd gearbox from another model car from the same manufacturer will fit your 5spd car, just to get a higher top gear for lower engine rpm

Reason: i cant spell...
... if you have a long highway trip coming up, and you find yourself wondering if there are any "last minute" things you could tape to the car for the journey.
. . . . If when competing in the 60-130 competition in your Not-Eco car you spend more time taping up holes than tweaking with power train.
